He is a counselor of Ukrainian and international companies on issues of tax legislation, business security and protection against “raider attacks”.

Oleksiy has considerable experience in representing and conducting court cases in international jurisdictions.

He is one of the first lawyers in Ukraine who successfully represented the interests of banking institutions in disputes over the invalidation of credit agreements concluded in foreign currency, and was the first who implement the scheme of transferring the mortgage to management.

Represented the interests of Ukrainian public figures in Israeli courts.

Represented the interests of a well-known Italian manufacturer of household appliances in Italian courts and in a numerous domain disputes.

Advised a well-known American IT company on intellectual property issues.

Advised a well-known Latvian manufacturer of lighting equipment in the field of customs law.
